Our experience with two previous lenders on this project was less than pleasant. How refreshing to have someone make a committment and then proceed to do exactly, as they promised.

1. Wired the funds into escrow 2 days and 4 hours after our initial meeting.

Dear Jeff,

I never know how to begin a thank you letter to someone who has been so instrumental in affecting the welfare of my family and me, but I guess the best bet is start with thank you.

I addition to making attractive investments available to me, you then top yourself by sending Dorrie and me a beautiful gift basket of goodies, just for referring another investor to you.  I guess the old cliché of “you really shouldn’t have,” applies here, and it would be appropriate…but in truth you really once again proved what I tell others about you all the time – namely, that you are a very special and decent person.
